Life Membership Nomination Forms are now available on TeamApp.
These online forms can be found on the bottom right hand side of the TeamApp dashboard. Please note, the nomination requires some to second the nomination prior to filling out the the form. Minimum Games played, time served on committees or years at the club aren’t necessarily set however consideration will be given to those who have served time as a player and committee member for a substantial amount of time and contributed to the success of the club.
